ثنا ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ . ح وثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا أَبُو خُرَاسَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ السَّكَنِ ، قَالا : نَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ جَارِيَةً بِكْرًا أَنْكَحَهَا أَبُوهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ ، فَخَيَّرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " ، وَقَالَ أَبُو خُرَاسَانَ : إِنَّ جَارِيَةً بِكْرًا أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهَا ، فَفَرَّقَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا . وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ حَبَّانَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ . وَتَابَعَهُ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَغَيْرُهُ يُرْسِلُهُ ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ . وَالصَّحِيحُ مُرْسَلٌ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A girl's father married her off, but the girl did not like (this match), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the girl the choice (to maintain or annul the marriage). The narrator named Abu Khurasan has reported: A girl came to the Prophet and mentioned that her father had married her off without her permission, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) separated the two spouses. The same narration is also transmitted with another chain from Ikrimah from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), while other narrators have transmitted it as a mursal narration from Ikrimah from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the correct view is that it is mursal.
