حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأُبُلِّيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جُوتِيٍّ ، وَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جُوتِيٍّ ، نَا أَبِي ، نَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ الذِّمَارِيُّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ صَاحِبِ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَدَّ نِكَاحَ بَكْرٍ وَثَيِّبٍ أَنْكَحَهُمَا أَبُوهُمَا وَهُمَا كَارِهَتَانِ ، فَرَدَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نِكَاحَهُمَا " ، هَذَا وَهْمٌ مِنَ الذِّمَارِيِّ ، وَتَفَرَّدَ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ، وَالصَّوَابُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ مُرْسَلٌ ، وَهِمَ فِيهِ الذِّمَارِيُّ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَلَيْسَ بِقَوِيٍّ .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) annulled the marriage of both a virgin girl and a previously married woman; their father had married them off, but both of them did not like (these matches), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) annulled their marriages. The Shaykh says: The narrator named Dhamari made a mistake in transmitting this; he is alone in narrating it with this chain. The correct version is that the narration is transmitted as mursal from Yahya bin Abu Kathir from Muhajir bin Ikrimah from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
