حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ ، نَا مُعَلَّى ، نَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ . ح وثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَاسَرْجِسِيُّ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ ، أنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، نَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، أَنَّ رَجُلا زَوَّجَ ابْنَةً لَهُ بِكْرًا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا " ، الصَّحِيحُ مُرْسَلٌ ، وَقَوْلُ شُعَيْبٍ وَهْمٌ .
Ata bin Abi Rabah narrates: In the blessed era of the Prophet (ﷺ), a man married off his virgin daughter, but the girl disliked this marriage. She came to the Prophet (ﷺ), and the Prophet (ﷺ) annulled her marriage. The Sheikh says: The correct view is that this narration is mursal, and the statement of the narrator named Shu'aib is mistaken.
