نَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ و ، َأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، وَالْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ و َأَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الزُّهْرِيُّ ، وَنا ابْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ و ، َأَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الصُّوفِيُّ وَ غَيْرُهُم ْ ، قَالُوا : نَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، " أَنَّ رَجُلا زَوَّجَ ابْنَتَهُ بِكْرًا وَلَمْ يَسْتَأْذِنْهَا ، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا " ، لَفْظُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ : وَهِيَ بَكْرٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَمْرِهَا ، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهَا .
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A man married off his virgin daughter without seeking her permission. The girl came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) annulled her marriage. The narrator named Abu Bakr has transmitted these words: The girl was a virgin (and her marriage) took place without her permission. She came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Prophet separated the two.
