Abu Salamah narrates: A woman from the Ansar, belonging to the clan of Banu Amr ibn Awf, whose name was Khansa bint Khidham, her father married her off while she was previously married (i.e., not a virgin). She mentioned this to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), so the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The right is yours." She said: "I do not wish for this marriage." So the Prophet annulled her marriage. After that, the woman married Sayyiduna Abu Lubabah ibn Abd al-Mundhir, and she bore him a son named Sa'ib.
