نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ قَرِينٍ ، نَا سَلَمَةُ الأَبْرَشُ ، نَا ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تُنْكَحُ الْيَتِيمَةُ إِلا بِإِذْنِهَا " ، عُمَرُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ مَوْلَى آلِ حَاطِبٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A girl should be married with her permission." The narrator of this narration is Umar bin Husayn, the freed slave of the family of Hatib.
