نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْوَرَّاقُ ، قَالا : نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ شَبَّةَ ، نَا بَكْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحْرِزٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ " .
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no marriage without a guardian and two just witnesses."
