نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا أَبُو وَائِلَةَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ مِنْ وَلَدِ بِشْرِ بْنِ الْمُحْتَفِزِ ، نَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ، نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَضَّاحِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَصِيبِ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا بُدَّ فِي النِّكَاحِ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ : الْوَلِيِّ وَالزَّوْجِ وَالشَّاهِدَيْنِ " ، أَبُو الْخَصِيبِ مَجْهُولٌ وَاسْمُهُ : نَافِعُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ.
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Four things are necessary in marriage: a guardian, the husband (or wife), and two witnesses." The narrator Abu al-Haseeb Nafi' bin Maisarah is unknown.
