نَا نَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْمَالِكِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، نَا أَبُو مُوسَى ، نَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّ مَعْقِلَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ زَوَّجَ أُخْتًا لَهُ فَطَلَّقَهَا الرَّجُلُ ثُمَّ أَنْشَأَ يَخْطُبُهَا ، فَقَالَ : زَوَّجْتُكَ كَرِيمَتِي فَطَلَّقْتَهَا ، ثُمَّ أَنْشَأْتَ تَخْطُبُهَا ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهُ وَهَوِيَتْهُ الْمَرْأَةُ ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى هَذِهِ الآَيَةَ وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ أَنْ يَنْكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ سورة البقرة آية 232 " ، هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ . عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ ، وَعَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عُمَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ طَهْمَانَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بِهِ.
Sayyiduna Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates: Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) married his sister to a man. Her husband divorced her. (Ma'qil said:) "I married you to my (honorable) sister and you divorced her. Now again you have sent a proposal for marriage." Sayyiduna Ma'qil (may Allah be pleased with him) refused to marry his sister to him, but the woman wanted to marry that man. So Allah Almighty revealed this verse: "When you divorce women, and they have fulfilled their waiting period, do not prevent them from marrying their (former) husbands." This hadith is authentic. Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) has narrated it from Abu Ma'mar, from Abdul Warith, from Yunus. In addition, Ahmad bin Abu Amr has narrated it from his father, from Ibrahim bin Tahman, from Yunus.
