نَا نَا ابْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي ، نَا ابْنُ الأَصْبَهَانِيِّ ، نَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : " لا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشُهُودٍ وَمَهْرٍ ، إِلا مَا كَانَ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " .
Abu Sa'id narrates: "A marriage is not valid without a guardian, witnesses, and a dowry, except for the marriage of the Prophet (peace be upon him), which can take place without them."
