نَا نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ، نَا شَيْبَانُ ، نَا أَبُو هِلالٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمُرَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " فِي الْيَدِ الشَّلاءِ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ ، وَفِي الْعَيْنِ الْقَائِمَةِ إِذَا خُسِفَتْ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "For a paralyzed hand, (the punishment for cutting) will be one-third of the blood money; for an eye that has lost its sight but remains in its place, payment of one-third of the blood money will be obligatory."
