قَالَ : وَنا قَالَ : وَنا وَكِيعٌ ، نَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : أَشْهَدُ عَلَى عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، " أَنَّهُ قَطَعَ الْيَدَ وَالرِّجْلَ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I bear witness regarding Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he had the hand and foot of a thief cut off.
