نَا نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ خُشَيْشٍ ، نَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، نَا وَكِيعٌ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبْجَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ حُجَيَّةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، " قَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ مِنَ الْمِفْصَلِ وَحَسَمَهَا ، فَكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى أَيْدِيهِمْ كَأَنَّهَا أُيُورُ الْحُمُرِ " .
Hujiyyah bin ‘Adi narrates: Sayyiduna ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) had the hands of those people cut off from the joints and (to stop the bleeding) had them cauterized. The sight of those people’s hands is as if still before my eyes; they were like the private parts of donkeys...
