Hadith 3490

نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ بْنِ حَسَّانَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " دِيَةُ الأَصَابِعِ سَوَاءٌ ، الْيَدَيْنِ وَالرِّجْلَيْنِ ، عَشْرٌ عَشْرٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ ، أَوْ عَدْلُهَا مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates the statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The blood money for all fingers will be equal, whether they are (the fingers) of the hands or (the fingers) of the feet. The blood money for each one will be ten camels, or the value (of ten camels) in gold or silver."
