نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا أَبُو الأَزْهَرِ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ . ح وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، أَيْضًا نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ ، نَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ ، قَالا : نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ غَالِبٍ التَّمَّارِ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلالٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، " قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الأَصَابِعِ بِعَشْرٍ عَشْرٍ " ، وَقَالَ النَّضْرُ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى فِي الأَصَابِعِ عَشْرًا عَشْرًا مِنَ الإِبِلِ " . كَذَا رَوَاهُ سَعِيدٌ عَنْ غَالِبٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلالٍ ، وَخَالَفَهُ شُعْبَةُ ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ، وَخَالِدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، فَرَوَوْهُ عَنْ غَالِبٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا حُمَيْدًا ، وَذَكَرَ شُعْبَةُ فِيهِ سَمَاعَ غَالِبٍ مِنْ مَسْرُوقٍ.
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the verdict of paying ten each as blood money for the fingers. The narrator named Nadr has transmitted these words in his narration: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the verdict of paying ten camels each for the fingers. Sa'id has transmitted similarly from Humayd on the authority of Ghalib. Shu'bah narrated differently from Isma'il, 'Ali, and Khalid; they narrated from Ghalib, from Masruq, from Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and they did not mention the narrator named Humayd. Shu'bah mentioned in it that Ghalib heard hadiths from Masruq.
