نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا ، نَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، نَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ فِي كِتَابِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ حِينَ بَعَثَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى نَجْرَانَ : " فِي كُلِّ سِنٍّ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ ، وَفِي الأَصَابِعِ فِي كُلِّ مَا هُنَالِكَ عَشْرٌ عَشْرٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ ، وَفِي الأُذُنِ خَمْسُونَ ، وَفِي الْعَيْنِ خَمْسُونَ ، وَفِي الْيَدِ خَمْسُونَ ، وَفِي الرِّجْلِ خَمْسُونَ ، وَفِي الأَنْفِ إِذَا اسْتُؤْصِلَ الْمَارِنُ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةٌ ، وَفِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ ثُلُثُ النَّفْسِ ، وَفِي الْجَائِفَةِ ثُلُثُ النَّفْسِ " .
Abu Bakr bin Muhammad narrates: When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) sent our master Amr bin Hazm (may Allah be pleased with him) to Najran, it was written in his letter: "The blood money for each tooth will be five camels, the blood money for all fingers will be ten camels each, the blood money for the ear will be fifty camels, the blood money for the eye will be fifty camels, the blood money for the foot will be fifty camels, if the nose is cut off from the root (i.e., the entire nose), then there will be full blood money for it, for a mamoomah wound one third of the full blood money will be given, and for a jaifah wound one third of the full blood money will be given."
