Abdur Rahman bin Harmalah narrates: He heard a member of the Juzam tribe stating, who reported from a man of his tribe named 'Adi: Sayyiduna 'Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) struck his wife with a stone, as a result of which the woman died. Sayyiduna 'Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) went behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to Tabuk and informed him about this matter. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "You will pay the blood money for that woman and you will not inherit from her."
