نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، " فِي الدَّامِيَةِ بَعِيرٌ ، وَفِي الْبَاضِعَةِ بَعِيرَانِ ، وَفِي الْمُتَلاحِمَةِ ثَلاثَةٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ ، وَفِي السِّمْحَاقِ أَرْبَعٌ ، وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ ، وَفِي الْهَاشِمَةِ عَشْرٌ ، وَفِي الْمُنَقِّلَةِ خَمْسُ عَشْرَةَ ، وَفِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ ، وَفِي الرَّجُلِ يُضْرَبُ حَتَّى يَذْهَبَ عَقْلُهُ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةٌ ، أَوْ يُضْرَبُ حَتَّى يَغْنَ وَلا يُفْهَمَ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةٌ ، أَوْ حَتَّى يُنَحَ فَلا يُفْهَمَ الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةٌ ، وَفِي جَفْنِ الْعَيْنِ رُبْعُ الدِّيَةِ ، وَفِي حَلَمَةِ الثَّدْيِ رُبْعُ الدِّيَةِ " .
Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “For damiyah, the payment of one camel will be obligatory; for badi’ah, the payment of two camels will be obligatory; for mutalahimah, the payment of three camels will be obligatory; for samhaq, the payment of four camels will be obligatory; for mudhihah, the payment of five camels will be obligatory; for hashimah, the payment of ten camels will be obligatory; for munqilah, the payment of fifteen camels will be obligatory; for ma’mumah, the payment of one third of the full blood money will be obligatory. When, as a result of striking a person, his intellect departs, then the full blood money will be obligatory; when, as a result of striking a person, his condition becomes such that he makes a sound from his nose and speaks in such a way that his speech is not understood, then the full blood money will be obligatory. If (as a result of this blow) he coughs (or hiccups) and speaks in such a way that his speech is not understood, then in this case also the full blood money will be obligatory. In the case of injuring the eyelid, one fourth of the blood money will be obligatory. In the case of injuring the tip of the breast, one fourth of the blood money will be obligatory.”
