Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "A woman who becomes an apostate will be given respite and she will not be killed." The narrations that the narrator named Khallas has transmitted from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) cannot be presented as evidence, because that narrator is weak.
