نَا ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ ، نَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ . ح وَنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالا : نَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ ، فَلا دِيَةَ وَلا قِصَاصَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person looks into someone’s house without permission and the (owner of the house) strikes something into that person’s eye and blinds it, there will be no blood money or retribution for it."
