نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ بُهْلُولٍ ، نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، نَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أُوَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ وَكَانَ قَدْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا زَنَتِ الأَمَةُ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ، ثُمَّ إِذَا زَنَتِ الأَمَةُ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ، ثُمَّ إِذَا زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ، ثُمَّ بِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ " .
Ubad bin Tamim narrates from his uncle, who participated in the Battle of Badr: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "When a slave-girl commits adultery, flog her. If she commits adultery again, flog her. If she commits it again, flog her, and then sell her, even if it is for a rope."
