Hadith 3441

نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ ، نَا صَالِحُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ، قَالَ : " بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ أَنْ يَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a man to another person who had married his father’s wife, so that the neck of that person be struck (i.e., he be executed).
