Hadith 3405

نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : أَشْهَدُ لَرَأَيْتُ عُمَرَ ، " قَطَعَ رِجْلَ رَجُلٍ بَعْدَ يَدٍ وَرِجْلٍ سَرَقَ الثَّالِثَةَ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I bear witness that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) had the foot of a man cut off who had stolen for the third time; before this, one of his hands and one of his feet had already been cut off.
