Hadith 3402

نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا قَطَعَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رِجْلَ الَّذِي قَطَعَ يَعْلَى بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ ، وَكَانَ مَقْطُوعَ الْيَدِ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) had the foot of that person cut off, whose (hand) was cut off by Ya'la bin Umayyah; before this, one of that person's hands had already been cut off.
