نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْخَنْدَقِيُّ ، نَا خَالِدُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْفُرَاتِ ، عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، قَالَ : " أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بِسَارِقٍ فَأَمَرَ بِقَطْعِهِ ، قَالَ : لا غُرْمَ عَلَيْهِ " ، هَذَا وَهْمٌ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ عِدَّةٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A thief was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace be upon him) ordered that his hand be cut off and said: "He will not pay compensation." There is doubt in this narration from several aspects.
