نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زَنْجُوَيْهِ ، نَا أَبُو النَّصْرِ التَّمَّارُ ، عَنْ أَبِي جَزْءٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، نَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ التَّمَّارُ ، نَا أَبُو جَزْءٍ ، عَنِ السَّرِيِّ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَوْقَفَ دَابَّةً فِي سَبِيلٍ مِنْ سُبُلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَوْ فِي سُوقٍ مِنْ أَسْوَاقِهِمْ فَأَوْطَأَتْ بِيَدٍ ، أَوْ رِجْلٍ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ " .
Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever stops his animal in the path of the Muslims or in the marketplace, and that animal tramples someone under its hand or foot, then that person will be held liable for it.”
