حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، نَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ ، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ غَيْرُ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، وَخَالَفَهُ الْحُفَّاظُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، مِنْهُمْ مَالِكٌ ، وَابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، وَيُونُسُ ، وَمَعْمَرٌ ، وَابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، وَالزُّبَيْدِيُّ ، وَعُقَيْلٌ ، وَلَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، وَغَيْرِهِمْ ، كُلُّهُمْ رَوَوْهُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، فَقَالُوا " الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ " . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا الرِّجْلَ ، وَهُوَ الصَّوَابُ.
This narration is also transmitted with another chain, however, in it are these words: "The blood of the one who dies by being killed by an animal will be wasted, the blood of the one who dies by falling into a well will be wasted, the blood of the one who dies in a mine will be wasted." These narrators did not mention the one who dies by being struck by the animal's foot, and this is correct.
