Hadith 3377

نَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ ، نَا سَلْمٌ ، نَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " لا تَعْقِلُ الْعَاقِلَةُ عَمْدًا ، وَلا عَبْدًا ، وَلا صُلْحًا ، وَلا اعْتِرَافًا " .
Shu'bi narrates: The family will not be responsible for paying for a slave, a deliberate murderer (the killer), a payment agreed upon as reconciliation, or the acknowledgment (of any payment) upon themselves.
