حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رُمَيْحٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْعَنَزِيُّ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ الضَّرِير ُ ،وَ حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ و َعَمْرُو بْنُ هَاشِمٍ أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْجَنْبِيّ ُ و َأَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَر ُ ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ الْحَجَّاج ِ ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْر ٍ عَنْ خِشْفِ بْنِ مَالِك ٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّه ِ قَالَ : " جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دِيَةَ الْخَطَأِ أَخْمَاسًا " ، لَمْ يَزِيدُوا عَلَى هَذَا ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرُوا فِيهِ تَفْسِيرَ الأَخْمَاسِ .
This narration has been transmitted by Ahmad bin Muhammad and other narrators with their chain from Khushaf bin Malik, who reported from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed the payment of five types of camels as blood money for accidental killing. These narrators did not transmit any other wording besides this, nor did they mention the sentence clarifying the five types.
