نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ، نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دِيَةَ الْعَامِرِيَّيْنِ دِيَةَ الْمُسْلِمِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : كَأَنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا دِيَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ ، كَانَ لَهُمَا عَهْدٌ.
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set the blood money (diyah) of two individuals from the Amir tribe equal to that of a Muslim. Shaykh Abu Bakr says: That is, the diyah of each of them was equal to that of a Muslim, even though both individuals were dhimmis.
