نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ الرَّمْلِيُّ ، نَا ضَمْرَةُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " أَرْبَعٌ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ لا مُلاعَنَةَ بَيْنَهُمُ : النَّصْرَانِيَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمُسْلِمِ ، وَالْيَهُودِيَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمُسْلِمِ ، وَالْمَمْلُوكَةُ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ ، وَالْحُرَّةُ تَحْتَ الْمَمْلُوكِ " ، وَهَذَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفُ الْحَدِيثِ جِدًّا ، وَتَابَعَهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ أَيْضًا ، وَرُوِيَ عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، وَابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ وَهُمَا إِمَامَانِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَوْلَهُ ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعَاهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, from his grandfather: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "There will be no li'an (mutual cursing) between four types of women (and their husbands): a Christian woman who is the wife of a Muslim, a Jewish woman who is the wife of a Muslim, a slave woman who is the wife of a free man, and a free woman who is the wife of a slave." Uthman bin Ata is from Khurasan and he is very weak, and Yazid bin Bazi' al-Ramli, the narrator, has narrated it from Ata, but he is also weak. This narration has been reported from Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, as his own statement by Imam Awza'i and Ibn Jurayj; both are Imams and both have narrated this as a marfu' (attributed to the Prophet) hadith.
