نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي . ح وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، نَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : وَالْجُبَارُ الْهَدَرُ ، وَالْعَجْمَاءُ الْبَهِيمَةُ . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : لا أَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا ذَكَرَ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ غَيْرَ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ".
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The injury caused by an animal (or a person dying as a result of it) will be without compensation, death by falling into a well will be without compensation, death by falling into a mine will be without compensation, and payment of one-fifth is obligatory in the case of buried treasure (rikaz)." Ibn Shihab states: The word used in this hadith, al-jabar, means its blood will be without compensation, and the word al-ajma’ means animal. Shaykh Abu Bakr Nishapuri says: To my knowledge, apart from Yunus bin Yazid, no other narrator has mentioned that it is transmitted from Ubaydullah bin Abdullah in its chain of narration.
