Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: He learned of this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The injury caused by an animal (or a person dying as a result of it) is without liability, death by falling into a well is without liability, death by falling into a mine is without liability, and payment of one-fifth is obligatory in the case of buried treasure (rikaz)." A man asked him: "O Abu Muhammad, was Abu Salamah also with them?" He replied: "If he had been with them, he would have been mentioned with them."
