نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ بُهْلُولٍ ، نَا جَدِّي ، نَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " جَعَلَ دِيَةَ الْمُعَاهِدِ كَدِيَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ " ، عُثْمَانُ هُوَ الْوَقَّاصِيُّ ، مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ.
Sayyiduna Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) declared the blood money (diyah) of a Mu'ahid (Dhimmi) to be equal to that of a Muslim. The narrator named Uthman is Waqasi and Matruk al-Hadith.
