نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ، نَا أَبُو كُرْزٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " دِيَةُ ذِمِّيٍّ دِيَةُ مُسْلِمٍ " ، لَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ غَيْرُ أَبُو كُرْزٍ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ ، وَاسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الْفِهْرِيُّ.
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The blood money (diyah) of a dhimmi will be equal to the blood money of a Muslim." No one besides Abu Karz has narrated this from Nafi', and this person is abandoned (matruk); his name is Abdullah bin Abdul Malik Fahri.
