نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ ، نَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ، نَا أَبُو كُرْزٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، ذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَنَّهُ وَدَى ذِمِّيًّا دِيَةَ مُسْلِمٍ " ، أَبُو كُرْزٍ هَذَا مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ ، وَلَمْ يَرْوِهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، غَيْرُهُ.
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates regarding the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made the blood money (diyah) of a dhimmi equal to that of a Muslim. The narrator of this narration, Abu Karz, is matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith), and only he has narrated this from Nafi’.
