نَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْخَطَّابِيُّ ، نَا الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا الْبَهِيمَةَ مَعَهُ ، فَقُلْنَا لابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : مَا شَأْنُ الْبَهِيمَةِ ؟ ، قَالَ : مَا سَمِعْتُ عَنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَيْئًا ، وَلَكِنْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، كَرِهَ أَنْ يُؤْكَلَ مِنْ لَحْمِهَا شَيْءٌ ، أَوْ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهَا ، وَقَدْ عُمِلَ بِهَا ذَلِكَ الْعَمَلُ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever commits sodomy with an animal, kill him and also kill the animal." The narrator says: We asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas, "What is the fault of the animal?" He replied: "I did not hear these words from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), however, I think the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked that the meat of the animal with which this act was committed be eaten or any benefit be derived from it."
