نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ نَيْرُوزَ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، نَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ : يَا مُخَنَّثُ ، فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ سَوْطًا ، وَإِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ : يَا يَهُودِيُّ ، فَاجْلِدُوهُ عِشْرِينَ ، وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ ، وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا الْبَهِيمَةَ " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person says to another, 'O effeminate,' then (the one who says it) should be given twenty lashes. When a person says to another, 'O Jew,' (the one who says it) should be given twenty lashes. And whoever has intercourse with a woman who is a mahram, kill him. Whoever commits sodomy with an animal, kill that person and also kill the animal."
