The son of Tawus narrates from his father: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) sought consultation (then the hadith continues as previously mentioned, in which these words are found:) The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the payment of blood money for the woman, and as compensation for the child in the womb, he ordered the payment of a slave, a slave-girl, or a horse.
