نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبَزَّازُ ، نَا ابْنُ عَرَفَةَ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " تَعَافَوْا بَيْنَكُمْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتُونِي ، فَمَا بَلَغَنِي مِنْ حَدٍّ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ " ، مُرْسَلٌ.
Amr bin Shu'aib narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Pardon each other regarding the hudud before they are brought to me. If a case of hadd reaches me, it becomes obligatory to carry it out." (This hadith is mursal.)
