نَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حَبَّانَ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ ، نَا شَبَابَةُ ، نَا وَرْقَاءُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَرَاكٍ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كُلُّ شَيْءٍ خَطَأٌ ، إِلا مَا كَانَ أُصِيبَ بِحَدِيدَةٍ ، وَلِكُلِّ خَطَأٍ أَرْشٌ " .
Sayyiduna Nu’man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Every killing done with anything other than iron (weapons) will be considered accidental killing, and in accidental killing, blood money (diyah) will be obligatory.”
