نَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَقْلُ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ مُغَلَّظٌ ، مثل قَتْلِ الْعَمْدِ ، وَلا يُقْتَلُ صَاحِبُهُ " .
Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, from his grandfather: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The blood money for quasi-intentional killing (shibh al-'amd) is like the blood money for intentional killing ('amd), except that in the case of quasi-intentional killing, the killer will not be killed."
