Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In intentional murder, there will be retribution (qisas), and in accidental killing, there will be blood money (diyah); there will be no retribution in it. Whoever is killed by mistake with a stone or a stick, his blood money will be aggravated (mughallazah), which will be in the form of camels of various ages."
