نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ قُتِلَ فِي عِمِّيَّا ، أَوْ رِمِّيَّا بِحَجَرٍ ، أَوْ عَصًا ، أَوْ بِسَوْطٍ عَقْلُهُ عَقْلُ خَطَإٍ " ، مثل قَوْلِ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed unintentionally by a stone, stick, or staff, his blood money will be the blood money for accidental killing." This is similar to the narration of Hammad bin Zaid.
