نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ مَنَّاحٍ أَبُو حَامِدٍ ، نَا عُمَرُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُجَالِدٍ ، نَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : " اسْتُكْرِهَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ ، وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهَا ، وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهَا مَهْرًا " .
Abdul Jabbar bin Wa'il narrated from his father: In the blessed time of the Prophet (peace be upon him), a woman was raped, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not enforce the hadd punishment on that woman, but he did enforce the hadd punishment on the one who violated her. The narrator states: It is not mentioned in this that the Prophet (peace be upon him) made the woman receive a dowry.
