نَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَزْرَقُ ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَنْ يُقْتَصَّ مِنَ الْجِرَاحِ حَتَّى يَنْتَهِيَ " .
Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, from his grandfather: After that, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade that retribution for a wound be taken before the injured person has recovered.
