نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، نَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ الْقَاضِي ، نَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، نَا بَقِيَّةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاذٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا قَوَدَ إِلا بِالسَّيْفِ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Retribution (qisas) can only be carried out by means of the sword."
