Hadith 3107

نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ زَاجٌ ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَاضِي خُوَارَزْمَ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ " كَانَ لا يَرَى عَلَى الْعَبْدِ حَدًّا ، وَلا عَلَى أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصَارَى حَدًّا " .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) holds the opinion that the hadd punishment will not be carried out on a slave, nor will the hadd punishment be carried out on a Jew or Christian living in the land.
