ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ، نَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، وَبَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، قَالا : نَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ حُسَيْنٍ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ عُثْمَانَ أَخْبَرَهُ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، " أَتَنْزِلُ دَارَكَ بِمَكَّةَ ؟ ، قَالَ : وَهَلْ تَرَكَ لَنَا عَقِيلٌ مِنْ رِبَاعٍ أَوْ دُورٍ ؟ " ، وَكَانَ عَقِيلٌ وَرِثَ أَبَا طَالِبٍ هُوَ وَطَالِبٌ ، وَلَمْ يَرِثْ جَعْفَرٌ وَلا عَلِيٌّ شَيْئًا ، لأَنَّهُمَا كَانَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ ، وَكَانَ عَقِيلٌ وَطَالِبٌ كَافِرِينَ ، قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : " وَكَانُوا فِي ذَلِكَ يَتَأَوَّلُونَ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى : وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهَاجَرُوا وَجَاهَدُوا سورة الأنفال آية 74 إِلَى قَوْلِهِ : مِنْ وَلايَتِهِمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ سورة الأنفال آية 72 ".
Sayyiduna Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: He submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! Will you stay in your house in Makkah?" So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Did Aqeel leave any house or place for us?" (The narrator states) Aqeel became the heir of Abu Talib. He and Talib both (became the heirs of Abu Talib), whereas Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyiduna Ja'far Tayyar (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not become his heirs because both of them were Muslims, and Aqeel and Talib were disbelievers. Ibn Shihab states: The people of knowledge take this meaning from Allah's statement: "Those who believed and migrated and strove in the way of Allah..." up to: "They have nothing of their guardianship." __QUR_N__ __XREF_N__ __REF_N__
