ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، نَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَاهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَكَّةَ مُنَاخٌ لا تُبَاعُ رِبَاعُهَا ، وَلا تُؤَاجَرُ بُيُوتُهَا " ، إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، ضَعِيفٌ ، وَلَمْ يَرْوِهِ غَيْرُهُ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Makkah is a place of stay; its land cannot be sold and its houses cannot be rented." The narrator named Ismail bin Ibrahim is weak; no one else has transmitted this narration except him.
